Summer Service Workshops

July 2021- Dates TBD

Join us for a series of three workshops on agriculture and service. This fun-filled series explores livestock and crop production in addition to food security in Western North Carolina. Participants will tour a farm, meet some furry and feathered livestock, complete a fun STEM experiment, and assist in harvesting produce for those in need. This program is in partnership with Jackson County 4-H and is open to youth in Jackson and Swain counties, ages 8-16. Families are welcome to join as well!

To register please email Jackson County 4-H Agent, Heather Gordon at heather_gordon@ncsu.edu
