Helping Others... Providing Education
Our mission is to inspire others to be active in agriculture through providing education and assisting all our neighbors in gaining food products. Our goal, through education of both agriculture and STEM. is to continue production and positively impact our world.
AG-H.O.P. E. will be starting the 2021 program season with a new resource for individuals ages 55 and up residing in Jackson and Swain counties. Hope Gardeners will provide a gardening kit and assistance to foster self-sustainable personal food growth, combat food insecurity and spread joy through gardening. This program is sponsored by Nantahala Health Foundation and is in partnership with Ochre Hill Farms. Sign-up for 2021 has now closed.
